In September of 2018, the CAC began the Community Navigating Workshop series in partnership with Journey's End Refugee Services. This program is offered to our adult community students and responds to the needs and concerns of our immigrant and refugee community members by providing essential information about local resources. The series runs the third Tuesday of every month with presentations from local experts and interpreters with language backgrounds including Arabic, Burmese, Karen, Karenni, and Swahili. Topics range from immigration law and public charge to financial literacy and healthcare.
